PRELUDE ; this verse takes place during the times that she was killing with her father— abigail hobbs, the daughter of the infamous minnesota shrike, who was so in love and obsessed with his daughter that he killed the girls that looked exactly like her. abigail was the bait, she would befriend the girls and found out when they would be alone, where they lived, where they were going ; and she would report it all back to her father. it was not something she took joy in, she just knew that it was her or it was them, and in a desperate attempt of self preservation, of course she went along with what her father wanted, she craved his love and validation, and wanted to be a star in his eyes.MAIN 1 ; this verse takes place during the events of season 1 when we meet abigail— with her father dead at the hands of will graham, abigail manages to escape the clutches of garett jacob hobbs alive, but not unscatched. abigail wears a massive scar on the right side of her neck where her father tried to slash her throat in a desperate attempt to let their secrets die with them as a family, so that nobody knew what her father did to those girls. she resides in the port haven psychiatric hospital as she tries to work through the trauma, haunted by the death of those just like her that she sent to slaughter.MAIN 2 ; this verse takes place during the events of season 2. this is mainly all headcanon - based, as abigail only appeared in the finale— abigail hobbs is dead, or so the media thinks she is. her death has been framed on will graham, and with one less ear, she lives out in hannibal lecter’s basement as he carries out the fake of her death. abigail is supposed to run away with hannibal lecter and will graham, where they will live out as a family in europe. upon will’s betrayal on hannibal, hannibal ultimately kills abigail in front of will as betrayal, slicing over her throat where her father once had.POST 1 ; this verse is my canon divergent that takes place after abigail kills nick boyle, where she felt that her only choice was to run.— when confronted by nick boyle, abigail, in a panicked state, stabs him and guts him like she would a deer ; unfortunately, she is her father’s daugther, no matter how hard she tries to avoid it. she has been taught to hunt and hurt things everywhere she goes. after she kills nick, abigail flees the scene and what she did. she runs and she runs. she already knows how to hide the murder, she’s been taught it well by her father’s hands. she flees the state, finding herself on the furthest west side of the country, where she will begin her healing process on her own, without her father’s ghost or hannibal and will trying to play house with her. abigail gets herself a job, sheds her last name, and enrolls in school, and tries to live out the semblance of a normal life on her own, with no negative influences crooning in her ear.POST 2 ; this verse takes place post - mizumono, where abigail doesn’t die. because i simply refuse to believe it.— narrowly escaping death once again, her betrayal on the night of hannibal’s bloodshed is the loudest of them all. she has been sliced at the hands of her father a second time, her supposed death merely a shock factor for will graham to soak up. abigail, ENRAGED with hannibal’s betrayal on her, though with nobody to turn to ; assists will graham in trying to find him.SUPERNATURAL ; abigail in the universe of the cw’s supernatural, where she’s a hunter— abigail hobbs, the daughter of cruel hunter garett jacob hobbs, has always wanted to just be the apple of her father’s eye. the only way she could ever bond with him was through weapons and harm, ; and she had a knack for it. she was a natural born killer. by age six she could hold a gun, by age eight she could fully shoot it. she has spent the majority of her life trying to appease her father, mainly acting as his bait for the monsters in the closet to snatch up. during a hunt, abigail’s father is possessed by a crossroads demon, who promptly tried to slash abigail’s throat and kill her. when another hunter intervenes and promptly saves her life, abigail decides to take her father’s knowledge of the supernatural and her ability to hunt to turn it into something good. abby tries to hunt as humanely as possible, even if these things are monsters.APOCALYPSE ; takes place during any apocalyptic world, such as tlou, twd, ftwd, l4d, z nation, etc— the world has gone to shit, but abigail hobbs is still kicking despite it all. her upbringing in the life of hunting before the apocalypse has prepared her for this moment, the ability to hunt and live amongst the wild, she’s been ready for this since the day she was born. abigail is swift and fast, and knows exactly how to scavenge nature to survive. she lives amongst herself, knowing that being by herself is less likely to get her killed, and one less mouth to feed. she only has to rely on her own instincts and her agility to keep her alive. she floats between camps time to time, taking on jobs and bounties in exchange for shelter and supplies, but she doesn’t have a set home that she stays in.DEAD BY DAYLIGHT ; takes place in bhvr’s dead by daylight.— with a fathers blade to her throat, abigail knew it was finally time to reap what she had sown. it was her time to pay for garret jacob hobbs’ sins, for hannibal lecter and will graham’s ; simply a pawn in their games, a puppet with her strings finally being snipped. as blood flowed from the wound in her neck, dark tendrils of fog wrapped around her frame as she lay bleeding out on hannibal lecter’s kitchen floor. when she awoke, the wound on her neck had seemingly healed ;
